- When you order a made-to-order product, a deposit is required to begin production.
- We store your payment method on file in order to charge the remaining balance at a future date when the product is completed and ready for shipping.
- If you wish to change the payment method used for the balance payment, please contact our support team.
- Shipping will occur after production is complete and the balance payment has been received.
- Deposits for made-to-order products are non-refundable as they cover material and labor costs.
