At Notcoy, we stand behind the quality of every piece we make. Each order is carefully packed and inspected before it leaves us. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to fix it, simply and fairly.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at hi@notcoy.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item

  • A photo of the outer packaging

Once reviewed, we’ll ship a replacement at no cost to you, including shipping.

If a replacement is not available, we’ll issue a full refund, including original shipping charges.


Returns

If you’d like to return an item for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resellable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.


What’s Not Covered

This policy does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage after delivery

  • Items returned used or without original packaging
